Mattie Sheppard is the Founder and Principal of Perfectly Pictured Decluttering & Staging Experts, LLC, a licensed, certified, accredited, and designated full-service home staging and cleaning company. She is also the Co-Founder of The CEO Launchpad, a business coaching and empowerment platform designed to help women transform their ideas into structured, profitable businesses.

Her lifelong passion for redesigning and transforming spaces has grown into an award-winning staging and decluttering business that helps clients turn overwhelming transitions into stress-free, picture-perfect results. At the same time, through The CEO Launchpad, she extends her expertise to mentor and equip women entrepreneurs with the strategies, tools, and confidence to build lasting legacies.

Before launching Perfectly Pictured in 2020, Mattie owned a successful event planning company and spent over 25 years in the construction industry, gaining deep experience in project management, operations, and client care. Originally from Buffalo, NY, her career path took her through New Jersey and Maine before settling in Jacksonville, Florida in 2021, where she continues to grow her companies and community impact.

Perfectly Pictured provides staging for occupied and vacant homes, commercial spaces, and short-term rentals, along with decluttering, organizing, cleaning, renovation support, post-construction janitorial services, and project management. Her expertise and leadership have been recognized in national publications such as Women’s World, Martha Stewart, Reader’s Digest, AARP, Apartment Therapy, NBC Select, AOL.com, Annie & Oak, 21 Oak, and Stagers of Color. She has also appeared on Home Staging TV with Tori Toth and the Candid Cleaning Conversations Podcast, and was featured in the April 2022 IAHSP Magazine Stagers of Color Issue.

Her accomplishments include receiving the Next Up Award at the Gainesville Black Business Impact Awards and being a Superfecta Nominee of the International Association of Home Staging Professionals (IAHSP), recognizing her for Staging Excellence, Client Care Excellence, Industry Leadership, and Design Excellence.

She holds the ASP® (Accredited Staging Professional) designation from StagedHomes.com University—the highest training level in the staging industry—and is a member of both IAHSP® and RESA (Real Estate Staging Association). She also earned her Bachelor of Professional Studies (B.M.E.) from SUNY Empire State College and is a graduate of the University at Buffalo’s Center for Entrepreneurial Leadership Allstate Minority & Women Emerging Entrepreneurs Program (CEL), where she later served as a mentor to upcoming business owners.
